Refund & Cancellation Policy

นโยบายการยกเลิก
ท่านสามารถยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อได้ก็ต่อเมื่อคำสั่งซื้อยังอยู่ในสถานะกำลังดำเนินการ ซึ่งหมายความว่าการชำระเงินยังไม่เสร็จสิ้น ทางเราจะตอบรับคำขอยกเลิกที่ดำเนินการผ่านการโทรติดต่อ Line: @babypicks หรือ IG: babypicks.co เท่านั้น และจะไม่รับทราบหรือตอบรับคำขอยกเลิกที่ดำเนินการด้วยวิธีการอื่น เช่น ผ่านทางอีเมล

นโยบายการคืนเงิน
การขายทั้งหมดจะถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด และการคืนเงินจะได้รับการพิจารณาหากส่งรายการที่ไม่ถูกต้องหรือบกพร่องเท่านั้น และการร้องขอส่งคืนหรือแลกเปลี่ยนจะต้องดำเนินการภายใน 7 วันหลังจากได้รับรายการ ในกรณีที่เกิดความเสียหายระหว่างการส่งทางไปรษณีย์ บริษัท จะพยายามช่วยให้ได้รับเงินคืนจากบริการไปรษณีย์แต่บริษัทไม่ได้รับผิดชอบใด ๆหากไม่ได้รับเงินคืนจากไปรษณี การตัดสินใจทั้งหมดของ บริษัท ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด

Cancellation policies
You can cancel an order only if the order is still in progress, this means that the payment has not been finalized. We will respond to cancellation requests processed through Line: @babypicks or IG: babypicks.co and we will not acknowledge or respond to cancellation requests processed through email.

Refund Policy
All sales are final. Refunds will only be provided if incorrect or defective item is sent and the request for return or exchange must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item. In case of damage during the mail, the company will try to help get the money back from the postal service but the company will not be held accountable if the postal services refuse to pay. All decisions made by the company in the regard to the transaction will be final.
